RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We offer you the possibility to return the purchased product without justification within 14 days of the purchase date. In accordance with the provisions of Articles L 121 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal and to return the product without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty.
To obtain a refund or exchange, please:
- Email our customer service at info.atelierlush@gmail.com - within 14 days of receiving your order. We will send you a return form to complete.
- Complete the return form, place your jewelry in a tracked Colissimo return envelope, along with the completed return form. Then, email us proof of return (which you must keep).
- The item must be new (never worn), returned in its original case, and in excellent condition.
Procedure:
- To initiate a return, please contact us using our contact form or by email at info.atelierlush@gmail.com; otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
- Complete the return form we will send you by email and return it to us with proof of return.
Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. You have seven days after contacting our after-sales service to complete your return.
Important!:
- We are not responsible for theft or disappearance of packages. If the return date is not respected, we will not be able to refund you upon receipt of the return.
-You must keep proof of return with a tracking number, which must appear on your return (a photo of the package must also be kept).
-We are not responsible for damage to items during shipping; therefore, we will not be responsible for repair costs.
-In the event of an error on our part, return shipping costs will be our responsibility.
-Any returns containing worn, damaged, or worn jewelry will be systematically refused, and you will be responsible for shipping costs.
-For hygiene reasons, earrings are not accepted for return shipping, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
-Any item received damaged during shipping will be exchanged only.
-Items on sale are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
