Article 1 – Purpose
All orders placed on the “Atelier Lush Jewelry” website are subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) and imply their prior, express, and unreserved acceptance. Atelier Lush Jewelry reserves the right to adapt or modify these terms and conditions at any time. The version of the GTC applicable to any transaction is the one appearing online on the website at the time of the order.
Article 2 – Customer
The customer declares that they are a natural person, at least 18 years old, and have the legal capacity or parental authorization to place an order on the website. As such, Atelier Lush Jewelry reserves the right, at any time, to request proof of identity from the customer attesting to their age and/or the authorization of their legal representative.
When registering the customer's personal data in the "My Account" section, the customer must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the mandatory information they provide. In the event of an error in the recipient's contact information, Atelier Lush Jewelry cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product. Atelier Lush Jewelry reserves the right to cancel any order when the customer's IP address is located in a country different from the billing and/or delivery address.
Article 3 – Items Sold
The items offered for sale are those described on the website. Atelier Lush Jewelry takes the greatest care in the presentation and description of these products to best satisfy the customer's needs. However, it is possible that non-substantial errors may appear on the website (particularly in the description or regarding the quality of the product photos), which the customer acknowledges and accepts.
In any event, in the event of non-conformity of the delivered product with respect to its description on the site, the customer may either exercise his right of withdrawal described in article VI below), or implement the conformity guarantee of Atelier Lush Jewelry which will proceed, where applicable, to the exchange, to the reimbursement of the price (in whole or in part) possibly invoiced, or to the issue of a credit note corresponding to the price of the product(s) concerned by the exercise of the right of withdrawal which will be valid on a future order made within one year from its issue.
Article 4 – Prices
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes for mainland France (VAT and other taxes applicable on the date of the order), excluding shipping costs.
The customer acknowledges that, depending on the delivery country chosen at the time of ordering, they may be required to pay customs and/or import duties in accordance with the legislation in force in that country. These duties and amounts are not the responsibility of ARRAM Corporation. They will be your responsibility and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and organizations in your country.
We advise you to inquire about these matters with your local authorities. The total price of the order (including all taxes and shipping costs) is indicated in the shopping cart. It is payable in full and in a single payment at the time of ordering. Atelier Lush Jewelry reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is placed, subject to availability.
Products remain the property of Atelier Lush Jewelry until full payment is received.
Please note: As soon as you physically take possession of the ordered products, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to you.
Article 5 – Orders

Contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed at the latest upon validation of your order.
AM Corpo reserves the right not to process a payment or confirm an order for any reason, particularly in the event of a supply problem or any difficulty with the order received.
Article 6 – Confirmation of your order
Any order confirmation on the Atelier Lush Jewelry website implies your full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, without exception or reservation. All data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. You declare that you have full knowledge of them.
The order confirmation will constitute your signature and acceptance of the transactions carried out. Placing an order on the website is subject to compliance with the following procedure established by AM Corpo.
To confirm their order, the customer must follow the following steps:
- Product Identification and Selection The customer must select one or more products offered on the website, which will be added to their shopping cart.
By confirming their shopping cart, the customer initiates the ordering process. The customer must then log in to the website or create an account, providing their title, first and last name, billing address, and email address. The customer agrees to provide accurate identification information.
The customer will then be informed of the accepted payment methods and any delivery restrictions.
- Delivery Method Selection The customer must confirm the delivery method offered. When selecting their delivery method, they will be informed of the delivery costs and the delivery terms. The customer must provide the address to which they wish to receive their order if it is different from the address provided in the previous step. They must also provide their telephone number so that the delivery company can contact them.
- Order Summary
An order summary will be displayed, detailing the essential characteristics of the products, the quantity and price of the products, the delivery costs, and the total amount of the order (including delivery costs).
The customer must read these Terms and Conditions, which will be available via a hyperlink, and check the "I accept the Terms and Conditions" box.
In accordance with the terms of Article L. 221-14 of the Consumer Code, the customer must click on the button “Proceed to payment of the order for validation” which constitutes validation of the order and the General Terms and Conditions (“first click”).
Article 7 – Payment of the Order
Before finalizing their order, the customer will have the opportunity to check the details of their order and its total price, and to correct any errors, before confirming it to express their acceptance. Any order confirmed by the customer constitutes a sales contract and unconditional acceptance of all the provisions herein.
The customer then selects their payment method:
- By credit card: the customer is automatically transferred to the Stripe payment server, in its capacity as Atelier Lush Jewelry's payment service provider, which is secured by Stripe. The customer must enter their credit card number, expiration date, the cardholder's name, and the security code corresponding to the last digits printed on the back of their credit card.
By making this payment, the customer guarantees that they are fully authorized to use the payment card to pay for their order and that the card provides sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from the order.
By providing their credit card details, the customer agrees to Atelier Lush Jewelry processing the secure transaction.
- By PayPal: The customer accesses their PayPal payment area to complete their transaction with Atelier Lush Jewelry, subject to the terms and security standards provided by PayPal.
The data recorded and stored by Atelier Lush Jewelry constitutes proof of the order and all past transactions. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
By clicking the "Confirm Order" button, the customer confirms their order. Confirming the order with this "second click" constitutes the conclusion of the sales contract.
It is specified that the order is only validated and shipped after confirmation of the validity of the payment made by the customer.
Order confirmation: A confirmation email summarizing the order (products, price, product availability, quantity, delivery method chosen by the customer, etc.) is sent to the customer by Atelier Lush Jewelry.
To this end, the customer formally accepts the use of email for Atelier Lush Jewelry to confirm the contents of their order. This email, which serves as an acknowledgment of receipt of the order, details all the essential conditions of the order, namely:
– the order reference;
– the customer's identity and contact information;
– the nature, quantity, and price of the products;
– the total amount of the order (including delivery costs).
In the event that, for any reason (exceeding the order limit, cancellation, refusal by the issuing center to authorize payment, etc.), the debit of the amounts owed by the customer proves impossible, the order will not be registered by Atelier Lush Jewelry, which will promptly inform the customer by email.
In any event, Atelier Lush Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute or incident relating to the payment of a previous order or who contravenes the provisions of this document. In this case, Atelier Lush Jewelry will inform the customer by email. If the customer fails to regularize their situation with Atelier Lush Jewelry, the customer reserves the right not to process the order.
Article 8 – Product Availability
In the event of a product being unavailable, whether total or partial, Atelier Lush Jewelry undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible, either when the order is placed, or after the order has been registered and before delivery, by email. If this unavailability occurs after an order has been placed, Atelier Lush Jewelry undertakes to inform the customer by email of the delivery of a partial order or the cancellation of the order. In the event of product unavailability, the customer then has the option of:
– either receiving a product of equivalent quality and price;
– or receiving a refund for the price of the product ordered by exercising their right of withdrawal as set out in the General Terms and Conditions;
– or receiving a credit note valid for a future order placed within one year of its issuance.
Article 9 – Order Shipping
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 days of order confirmation.
Please note that orders are only shipped to the customer after confirmation of the validity of the payment made by the customer. Once the order is validated and confirmed, it is shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during the order process.
The shipment is confirmed by email to the customer, in which Atelier Lush Jewelry specifies: the nature, quantity, and price of the products the total amount of the order billing and delivery details
Article 10 – Delivery
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer. The primary carrier is "La Poste - Colissimo".
Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only. Atelier Lush Jewelry cannot be held responsible for any consequences due to delivery delays beyond its control.
In the event of a damaged package (already opened, missing products, etc.), the customer agrees to notify the carrier and Atelier Lush Jewelry, by any means, of any concerns within 3 days of receiving the product. In this case, the customer and Atelier Lush Jewelry will jointly consider the appropriate course of action.
It is recalled that, pursuant to Article L. 216-4 of the French Consumer Code, any risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the customer when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, other than the carrier proposed by the professional, takes physical possession of the products.
Atelier Lush Jewelry is not responsible for packages that go missing after they have been officially registered by the carrier. Once your package has been declared delivered, we are no longer responsible. No refunds will be issued in this case.
Article 11 – Cancellation
You have the right to change your mind!
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day cancellation period from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty.
The customer must inform Atelier Lush Jewelry of their decision to cancel by sending an email via the contact form on the website. Atelier Lush Jewelry will acknowledge receipt of this cancellation.
Items must be returned new and in their original packaging, along with all accessories delivered, including cases, thank-you cards, pouches, etc. You must include a document with your first and last name, and order number, and clearly indicate "exchange" or "refund," depending on your preference.
After checking the merchandise (items must not have been worn) and confirming its perfect condition for resale, Atelier Lush Jewelry will refund the returned product(s) to the buyer within a maximum of 14 days, with the exception of return shipping costs which remain the responsibility of the buyer.
If the item has not been received by us after 14 days, an exchange is no longer possible. A full refund will only be granted if the Advent calendar is returned in its entirety and without defects. You must return the Advent calendar by tracked Colissimo.
Article 12 – Mediation

Article 13 – Refunds
In the event of a withdrawal, product refunds will be issued by Atelier Lush Jewelry within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned products. Refunds will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer when placing the order.
Article 14 – Warranty
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, as provided for in Articles 217-1 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code. In the event of non-compliance with the description on the website, a product sold may be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Furthermore, Atelier Lush Jewelry cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product. For any complaints regarding your order, please contact customer service by email at info.atelierlush@gmail.com within a maximum of 72 hours of receiving your package.
Article 15 – Data Protection and Freedom
The information collected by Atelier Lush Jewelry during a customer's order is necessary to manage the transaction and, for this purpose, may be communicated in whole or in part to Atelier Lush Jewelry's service providers involved in the fulfillment of the order.
The customer is informed that this same personal data may also be collected by an organization responsible for analyzing orders and combating credit card fraud. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the customer has the right to access, rectify, oppose, and delete data concerning him/her. Article 16 – Personal Data
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, personal information relating to buyers may be subject to automated processing. Atelier Lush Jewelry reserves the right to collect information about buyers, including through the use of cookies. Buyers may object to the disclosure of their contact information by notifying the company's email address.
Similarly, users have the right to access and rectify their personal data, in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978.
Article 17 – Data Archiving
Atelier Lush Jewelry will archive invoices on a reliable and durable medium, constituting a true copy in accordance with the provisions of Article 1348 of the French Civil Code.
Article 18 – Intellectual Property
All elements of the Atelier Lush Jewelry website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of AM Corpo.
No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, any elements of the website, whether software, visual, or audio. Any simple or hyperlink is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of AM Corpo.
